So while doing a bit of info searching last night, I came across these two interviews and one article.
The Interviews of Art Babbitt and Ward Kimball are by Michael Barrier and contain some interesting anecdotes of life at Disney's. Art Babbitt was the highest paid animator at the time of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, earning $200 per week.

The other interesting article is at Jim Hill Media and is by Floyd Norman. Its a personal look at Milt Kahl, the Disney Legend, as viewed by Floyd from his arrival at the studio in the Fifties to Milt's resignation in the seventies. Interesting reading...
