Back in the swing of things

I am back at work now for nearly two weeks and I must admit that I am almost back in the whole swing of things... like work, gym and general day to day stuff. There has been a long delay in posts until today because I have been away on holiday since the 19th December and then had to deal with all the beginning of the year crap.
